How do I book a party?
You may fill out the Book A Party Page. A $150 non-refundable deposit will be required at time of booking to hold your party date and time. This deposit will go towards the cost of your party.
When is the final payment due?
The remaining balance will need to be paid completely 3 days before the party. Tax will be added to a product or goods. All payments are made through our PayPal system. Cash is not taken for party payments.
How far in advance do we need to book a party?
We would like for all parties to be book at less seven day or more in advance. Dessert tables must be booked or added to a party two weeks in advance or more.
What if I need to cancel or postpone my party?
If you must postpone, we will work with you to reschedule your party to a later date. The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied towards the cost of another party if held within 30 days of the original party date. If you choose to cancel our services for ANY reason, your deposit will not be refunded. You must give 48 hours notice to reschedule your party.
When do you need the final RSVP count?
We will need your final RSVPs no later than six days prior to the party. You may call or email it to us. This total will determine your remaining balance. The number you give us is what we will use to prepare for the party.
What is the minimum attendance?
Parties may be scheduled for 8 or more girls. Dreamy sleepover parties have a minimum of 5 girls. If less than the minimum attend to your party, you will still be charged for the party minimum for your party package. If you have a smaller party of 1 to 7 girls, look at the calendar for our Popup Spa Parties.
What should be done for a child that has food allergies?
It will be your responsibility to check for food allergies and to inform us of any concerns. If a guest should have severe allergies that we are unable to accommodate, then either you or the child’s parent should provide alternate refreshments for that child.
What do I need to do to prepare for the party?
Please have all nail polish removed from hands and feet. Have the party area and/or driveway clear for setup.
What happens if guests arrive late?
We have a set schedule, so we are unable to wait for guests that arrive late. They may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to when arriving.
Can I make changes to my party after I book?
Yes! You can make changes to your party, but all changes must be made no later than six days before the party date. After the sixth day deadline All changes are final.
What if we want to open gifts?
That is fine. We request that your setup time for after our allotted time slot.
What about parking for the Spa Bus?
Please leave some space for us to park on flat land where we will not be blocked. You are responsible for securing parking space and getting parking permit (if needed).
How far will Pampering me Princess LLC travel?
We serve the Greater Atlanta area. We will travel as far south as Griffin, GA and as far north as Jasper, GA.
Is there a travel Charge?
The first 20 miles from 30214 zip code are free for the Party Bus. We charge a travel fee of $1 per mile after the first 20 miles for the Party Bus. All rentals have a $40 delivery and setup charge after 20 miles. Pampering me Princess LLC determines mileage fees from suggested routes of Google Maps.
Are pets allowed at the sleepover party?
Pets are not allowed in the party area.
How long will it take to setup sleeping tents?
We have a lot of things and each party is different. It will take between 60 minutes to 90 minutes to set up the decoration. We also need for the parking area to be cleared prior to our arrival.
Do I need to stay at the party?
The party host is required to be at the location. Due to limited space, we ask that you do not stay on the bus, but frequent check ins will be fine.
How much space will I need for the sleepover party?
A tent is 54" x 75" with the air mattress. It is the client’s responsibility to measure the room to make sure the tents will fit and that the room is big enough to accommodate the tents and guests.
