Where are Pampering me Princess Parties held?
All parties are held in the comfort of your home or location of your choice. In the event that you choose a hotel or public location, please be advised that you are responsible for all parking fees and any gratuities that may incur to execute your event.
How do I book a party?
You may fill out the form on the Book A Party Page, and we will call you back to discuss the details. You may also call us at (678) 886-0609. A $100 non-refundable deposit will be required at time of booking to hold your party date. You may pay your deposit on the Party Deposit Page. We accept credit or debit via PayPal. This deposit will go towards the cost of your party. The full cost will need to be paid 4 days before the party.
How far in advance do we need to book a party?
We would like for all parties to be book at less seven day or more in advance. Dessert tables must be booked or added to a party two weeks in advance. We will accept the Simple Spa Party Package (6 girls max) ONLY in less than seven days if we can fit your party in on that date.
What if I need to cancel or postpone my party?
If you must postpone, we will work with you to reschedule your party to another day that will work. The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied towards the cost of another party if held within 90 days of the original party date. If you choose to cancel our services for ANY reason, your deposit will not be refunded. Cancellation must be make before the final payment. If you choose to cancel after your final payment is made, you forfeit the full cost of your party. As the host(ess), you will need to notify your guests of the cancellation.
When do you need the final RSVP count?
We will need your final RSVPs no later than 6 days prior to the party. You may email it to us or we will call you. This total will determine your remaining balance. The number you give us is what we will use to prepare for the party.
What is the minimum attendance?
Parties may be scheduled for six or more girls. Dreamy sleepover parties have a minimum of five girls. If less than the minimum attend to your party, you will still be charged for the party minimum for your party package.
What should be done for a child that has food allergies?
It will be your responsibility to check for food allergies and to inform us of any concerns. If a guest should have severe allergies that we are unable to accommodate, then either you or the child’s parent should provide alternate refreshments for that child.
What happens if guests arrive late?
We have a set schedule, so we are unable to wait for guests that arrive late. They may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to when arriving.
Can I make changes to my party after I book?
Yes! You can make changes to your party, but all changes must be made no later than six days before the party date. We can customize your package to meet your needs. After the 6th day deadline All changes are final.
What if we want to open gifts?
That is fine. We request that you set up an area in another room to open gifts. Once our hosted party has ended and we are cleaning up, you then can have gift opening. You will need to give extra time on your invitation to allow for this.
Parking for the Party Director
Please leave some space for us to park near an entrance where we will not be blocked in. We would appreciate easy access, as we have a lot of heavy items to carry into your party. If your party is at a hotel please remember gratuity and parking fees are your responsibility.
The first 20 miles from 30214 zip code are free. Pampering me Princess LLC determines mileage fees based on the suggested routes of Google Maps. We charge a travel fee of $1 per mile after the first 20 miles.
Are pets allowed at the party?
Pets are not allowed in the party area.
How long will it take to set up party?
We have a lot of things and each party is different. It will take between 30 minutes to 120 minutes to set up. We also need for the parking area to be cleared prior to our arrival. If you choose to continue the event after our service is complete we request that you move your guests to a separate area while we breakdown.
How much space will I need for the sleepover party?
A tent is 54" x 75" with the air mattress. It is the client’s responsibility to measure the room to make sure the tents will fit and that the room is big enough to accommodate the tents and guests.
